Tara Feld, PA-C

Tara Feld is a dedicated Physician Associate, bringing her expertise to ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida since 2024. Tara earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 2014, followed by her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University in 2016. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

After graduation, Tara practiced in trauma and acute care surgery at esteemed institutions such as NYU Langone Hospital in New York City. Her experience there honed her skills and instilled in her a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. With a firm belief in evidence-based medicine, Tara continually updates her knowledge to incorporate the latest clinical advancements into her practice.

Tara is a fellow of both the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Gina Lowy, PA-C MPH

Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2003. She received her degree in Science and PA studies along with a Master’s in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida (ENTAAF) in 2016 and transferred to NSIBR in 2022 . She has participated in multiple research studies, and her diverse experience includes practicing Gastroenterology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular surgery. Gina is fluent in English, Spanish, and some portuguese. She connects with patients from various backgrounds and is a valuable asset to the team. She’s a Fellow of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck (SPAO-HNS), bringing expertise and dedication to patient care.

Tania Diaz, Office Manager

Tania was born in Portugal and grew up in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 1997. She has been working for the Ear, Nose, and Throat and Allergy Associates of Florida (ENTAAF) since 2008. She joined the Nose and Sinus Institute of Boca Raton in 2009 and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. With an extensive background in both healthcare management and business administrative skills, Tania is our “go-to person” in all areas of the practice.

Linda Mendez, Allergy Technician

Linda is originally from Brooklyn, New York, where she met her husband of more than 20 years. She graduated college Summa Cum Laude and has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her and her husband moved to Florida in 2004, where they reside with their son, fur-baby, and Linda’s mother. Linda has been working for the Ear, Nose, and Throat and Allergy Associates of Florida (ENTAAF) since 2006 and joined the Nose and Sinus Institute of Boca Raton team in 2015. Linda and Joselina Zeno lead the in-office Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy Treatment services at the Nose and Sinus Instutt. Linda loves her allergy patients – especially the patients who were initially stubborn/hesitant about getting allergy tested but have significant improvement in their quality of life once undergoing immunotherapy treatment!
